Cloud 9 Klax Serial

Its not an AES airport, but. I just bought Cloud 9's KLAX and it is a beautiful airport!

It has more moving cars, buses and trucks than any other airport that I have. I know that it is NOT AES, but it will have to do for the time being. It is unbelivable at night! Their gate system really sucks ( compared to a AES airport gates) but the rest of the airport is top of the line. As in all, of the updated airports made to work with AES I get about 8-12 FPS (at the gate) on my 3 - 26' monitors system. This really sucks but I love the AES system so much that I'm willing to put up with it. As soon as I get away from the gate my FPS goes up to mid teens whic is OK and I fly in the VC mode at 25-35 FPS.

Yeah, what is up with KLAX from Cloud9? I've been complaining about the bglman issue for a long time and can't help but wondering if that is one of the root causes of the really low fps at that airport. Every other major airport I have gets 25 to 30 fps and yet KLAX gets only 12 to 18 fps. I do realize, however, it has a very high quality texture set without an optional reduced set. Medialooks Platform Crack. I would imagine that is also a cause.

Hey does anyone out there know of a texture set for KLAX that is reduced to a point of reasonable FPS without sacrificing to much quality? Maybe just instruction on how to do it would be enough.Love the airport, really dislike the bglman stuff.Mark. Hi there, Jerry!I agree Cloud9 KLAX is an excellent addon. And I also wish it was AESed.However I don't think I've noticed any FPS drop at my AESed airports. You surprised me a bit.Are you sure that is the reason? Here is the reason. I am using a new computer with a 4.02 MHz CPU (over clocked at factory) and 3 GeForce 9800 GTX Video cards running 3- 26 inch monitors. Each monitor cuts my FPS by 1/3.

I found that when I'm using all three monitors ( which is 100% of the time) my FPS might be 8-11 at an upscasled AES airport with weather set at ' Fair Sky). If I turn one monitor off ( now 2 are showing) the FPS jumps up to 24. If I turn the 2nd one off and just one monitor is showing the FPS jumps up to 45 (my FPS are set to 45). Leaving the gate with 8-11 FPS really sucks, but I have found that if I change the weather to 'Clear Sky' or use the spot view, the FPS goes up to about 14-15, which is MINIMUL. I'm now working with Jetline on improving my systems with a additional 2 computers so that each of my 3 monitors will have its own computer and FPS will NOT be a problem any more. With this much power I might even try FSX. Right now I ONLY fly FS2004.
