How To Remove Vb Script Script File

Hi We are creating csv files from exchange output however on exchange 2007 (we have only noticed it here) we get something similar to below - this is a csv file however in exchange it has a comma between the Admin and Amuntice which is screwing up our import as it is looking for comma seperators. We want to remove this extra comma and just leave it as a space. My theory was read in the line - then read the characters until ' and then the next comma replace with space but the vb part of it I don't know how to do.
